Casa del Neri was one of the farm houses in the hamlet and it has been recently restored and redecorated putting in new bathrooms and "modern comforts" such as satellite TV.
The hamlet is all privately owned and is made up of 5/6 buildings all of which have their private spaces, thus their privacy. The house is in the hamlet, thus it does not have a "proper" garden. Chairs and tables, a dining table, are placed outside on a flagstone and grass patio..
The road that climbs up the hill to Camporsevoli is unpaved but very well kept thus easy to drive through.
The main entrance to the house is on the first floor (not the ground floor) accessed by an external staircase, typical of tuscan farmhouses.
The entrance opens onto the dining room, which has a large open fireplace and has a large table that comfortably seats 8 persons.
The kitchen is a separate room accessed via the dining room. The first bedroom (which we we consider the master bedroom) opens onto the dining room and has a double bed (160 x 195cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the same floor there is another very large bedroom with twin beds (each 100 x 195cm) and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor there is the sitting room with fireplace and two bedrooms: one room has a double bed (180 x 195 cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower) and the other one has twin beds (each 80 x 195 cm) and bathroom (shower).
